• Hi All
    I need a help. I’m managing only my small site and I’m not always know what to do. I have got a problem when I try login as a admin ( after Learnpres plugin update), no problems if I login as a regular user everything seems to be fine and when the plugin(learnpress) is disabled I can login with out any problems. Is there any chance you can point me in to the right direction? I don’t know how to fix it.
    I would really appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    Please try to disable each plugin on your site, switch to the default WordPress theme to check.

    Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure if you have read my post. I know that the Learnpres plugin causes problem but unfortunately I really need this plugin. I need to find out how to fix it. When the plugin is disabled I can login, then while I’m logged in I can switch on the plugin and everything seems to be working fine until I log out. Any help highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    We need you check above because maybe have a plugin on your site conflict with the LearnPress. Almost our client don’t have the issue same of you. Let try to check it.

    Thanks for your reply.I really appreciate your help. I have disabled Google authentication and now I can login with out any problems. Unfortunately I have found another problem related to my courses. When customer buy course and pay should get access automatically. Unfortunately when I go to the back end I can see that the order been completed but I can see some text in red frame with an exclamation mark.
    (!When change Status to “Pending”, “Cancelled” or “Failed” will delete all courses, lessons, quiz….progress!)
    Any idea what to do?
