    Can you provide us the steps you are following and at what point do you get the error? Please also include a screenshot.

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Hi @buzzchan525,

    Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like you’re facing problems connecting your Google Merchant Center account or something (either a plugin, caching) is preventing the page to load/save settings correctly.

    I recommend disabling any caching or third-party plugin that you suspect could be causing the problem. Here’s our complete guide on how to test for conflicts.

    Switching to a default theme like Storefront Theme and disabling all the plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads can help you find out if it’s happening due to a plugin/theme you have active on the site.

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your response.

    Once you’re able to access this page on your website correctly, you can disconnect all the accounts and can start the account connection process from scratch.
