Update Options through API/JSON

    Hi there!

    We’ve been using TM Extra Product Options for awhile and while I like it a lot one thing that has always been tough is maintaining pricing when they change. Unfortunately with this plugin you’re not able to do any easy updating to options through the means of an API or the sort. Are you able to easily update product options with this plugin or do you need to manually change the options product-by-product?

    I’ve been struggling to find a plugin with the same capabilities as this one but that can also support easy future updates. How are options handled and is it possible to do a JSON operation to update product options?

    Hi there,

    There isn’t currently a way to do bulk editing of the product data.
    It is possible to export/import the configurator’s data in a JSON format, but it’s still a product by product level.

    If only the price of items need to be updated, and it is directly linked to an other product in the shop, there is a possibility to keep the item’s price in sync with an other product (requires an add-on).
