Menu icons disappear on mobile

  • On desktop there is no issue, only on mobile. When switching to a mobile device, the icons on my menu bar (the ones that tell readers a drop down exists, search etc.) completely disappear and I’m left with just a white bar with nothing on it.

    This is greatly affecting my bounce rate for mobile.

    The social icons all disappear, too.

    Any ideas? ??

    At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    We checked your shared link, actually, the mobile menu exists but lost colour for some reason, maybe the source for the issue is ads or some other 3rd party plugins you are using on the website.

    I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will contact you.
