Footer Parallax Problems

Hello, when I activate or deactivate the footer widgets on my website, it always shows any data on the site for the footer part in the background. When I activate parallax, it works as parallax. When I disable parallax, it is displayed as a fixed footer. No matter what I did it didn’t work.
Also, when I use the ocean elementor widgets, some settings of the testimonial carousel and blog carousel seem to work on the elementor page, but they do not work on the site.
