“Live Chat is not available at the moment”

My chat operating hours are correct (it is currently Thursday at 12:48PM and my Thursday operating hours are 9AM-8PM), but the live chat feature is unavailable at the moment. Do I need to do anything on the 3CX platform to make the live chat available?
