• My chat operating hours are correct (it is currently Thursday at 12:48PM and my Thursday operating hours are 9AM-8PM), but the live chat feature is unavailable at the moment. Do I need to do anything on the 3CX platform to make the live chat available?

    Hello @kalmeda ,

    If your live chat is pointing to a queue, you need at least one agent to be logged in in the queue.
    If you are pointing to an individual extension, the user needs to have his status as Available.

    How do I know which one we have chosen? I am logged into 3CX and the extension is available, but live chat still isn’t available.

    The chat server is 3CX.

    Hello @kalmeda,

    You can find the queue/extension that is connected with the live chat by navigating to the following page:

    Live Chat > Settings > Advanced Features > Select your chat server

    Please let me know if you need anything else.
