    I noticed the new Image Block in wordpress does not have an option to link at all, much less to the link to media file option Fancybox needs. Is there any CSS or something I could use to trigger it? I’m new to the block thing but I don’t see an alternative block other than gallery.

  • Hi, the option to choose/set the image link is still there but it has moved from the block settings (right side) to the block context menu. Click the image after inserting it and the context menu will appear above it. You’ll notice a link icon there next to the alignment option…

    You’ll have to argue with the WordPress core devs about that ??
