    Hi,

    1.If a logined user add a product in cart, can we set it shows in backend immediately so that we can follow up without any delay?

    2.Sometime customer just want a little discounts, even less than 10%, and then purchase the product. Can we adjust the price in backend, just like “on hold” status in woocommerce?

    Hi,

    1. The conditions to let this plugin capture a cart/an order as an abandon are:
    + The customer left his email (at the checkout page) or (in the email popup when he adds a product to the cart – this a a premium feature)
    + After the time set in the plugin backend.

    So, if the customer left his email, you can shorten the time to set and consider a cart as an abandoned => so this data will be captured and displayed in the Abandoned cart list.

    2. This plugin offers coupons, and changing the order data is WooCommerce’s function.
