Users not present in CSV file

The choices in the drop-down menu that are available when you click “Delete users that are not present in the CSV?” does not make sense:

• Delete posts of deleted users without assigning to any user or type to search a user (make sense)
• Never update passwords when updating a user (I guess this alternative should not be here)
• Yes, add new roles and not override existing ones (I guess this alternative also should not be here)
