Filters of products

  • Update astra to version 3.7.9 and from there the woocomerce sidebar filters like color, type of fabric, price, brand don’t work well it only shows 1 brand and one material. Previously I did not make a change, could you help me to solve it please, thanks =)

    Hi @maraza9090,

    I visited your site above then tried to use the Price filter (Precio) and it worked just fine, i.e. the results are showing many products. Refer to this screenshot, please. Have you fixed it or was it me missing something?

    Yes, the price filter works, however the color, fabric type, and brand filters don’t work. I already have dozens of products that have those attributes and don’t appear on the list. For example, in the type of fabric, linen, cotton, tulle, jaquard and much more should appear, the same in brand

    Please try temporarily to switch the theme to the default Storefront theme and see whether or not the issue is happening on this theme. If it is, then this issue is not theme-related.
