Great plug-in. So logic to set up and manage

`I installed the plug-in yesterday, and spent some time reading the documentation, but it was hardly necessary, because everything is pretty intuitive. I think my users like it too. In any case, several people have already booked an appointment with my small support company.

I like that separate tables are created instead of throwing everything into the options table like many plug-ins do.

This plug-in is a winner.
