• Hi,

    I use a free version and get a redirect when trying to get to the dashboard(or sign in in my case) That says

    “Please sign in to view this page”

    How do I get rid of this and go straight to the login screen as per before the update?

    Kind regards

  • Im having the same issue and my student can’t access the courses

    I updated and saw this error didn’t even wait to come back, the interface was beautiful but this error was too much.
    I recommend you make a backup, because this is just another flaw in this update. Translations are also lost, better stay in the previous version.

    @walldyney please can you walk me through the process of reverting to the previous version?

    Dear @tukisa

    Users need to click on the Sign-In text, after clicking on the text user will see a popup form. Also if you are using any cache plugin or serverside cache or optimization, please deactivate it.

    Dear @largbasket

    The problem is not that the user needs to click the licked text, The problem is that before there was no need to! the form was already available! It is bad user experience to request a person to sign in when your button already says “sign in”

    @largbasket

    How do I skip the /dashboard/#content redirect(Skip) and show a form instead of a message that asks a user to click on sign in again?

    Thanks

    @isibor I use the WordPress.com platform that comes with automatic JetPack backup, the business plan is very good in this regard, because I don’t have to worry about doing this procedure. I recommend using this plan because the plan contains VideoPress where we can host the course videos at no extra cost, very good indeed, and it doesn’t use the 200 Gb of the plan’s storage.

    Dear @tukisa

    Do you mean after login again showing the text? If yes, then if you are using any cache plugin then please deactivate the plugin and try again.
