Hi @hampstead, thanks for getting in touch and sending your diagnostic report over, I’ve taken a copy.
I’d highly recommend removing that file now, breaking the link to prevent information about your server or IPs being publicly available here.
I would expect to see communication or database permission issues if there was a problem with your scan from the server, so am surprised to hear it’s a focus issue with the browser. Have you tried again from a private/incognito browsing window, or a different browser to your usual default choice to confirm whether this is an issue with browser plugins you may be running?
If that still doesn’t work, try the scan with all WordPress plugins disabled except for Wordfence. Does it work correctly then? If it does, re-enable your other plugins one-by-one until the issue reoccurs.
