Multisite sub-directories setup with origin push ftp upload

Do you know what approach should be taken for the setup of sub-directories multisite CDN configuration using origin push ftp upload option. For example for wp-includes – it appears it’s uploading files to the CDN but not where the subsite expects them, for example the multisite called subsite2 is in a subfolder and expects to load its wp-includes files using this url:

https://websitedomain.com/subsite2/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js

But the plugin doesn’t seem to upload wp-includes to this location:

https://cdndomain.com/subsite2/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js

It’s only uploading here:

https://cdndomain.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js

Could you clarify what may be wrong or how to initialize the CDN for such a setup?
