P2 own uploaden avatar does not work

After a automatic update, the avatars of the members does not work anymore. (The gravatar does).

I am using WordPress 3.0, BuddyPress 1.2.4.1 and P2 theme 1.1.5

Have I done something wrong? Who will help me to solve this problem?
