    Hello and good day.

    Did the WP-Lister for ebay used to add the ebay orders to woocommerce?

    I’ve been running the free plugin since last year and noticed there are some ebay orders listed there.

    However, recently, there are no ebay orders listed.

    Just wondering if something changed or if I have configured something improperly.

    The last ebay order I have in woocommerce is for june 21st 2021.

    Only pro includes this feature, the lite version does not: https://docs.wplab.com/article/43-create-orders-in-woocommerce

    Not sure how that would have happened as you cannot do that with WP-Lister Lite for eBay, only Pro. Maybe pro was used at one point?

    No, I never had pro.

    I think it was a feature in the free version at some point.

    It must have.

    I can only confirm what John said: The Lite version never had the ability to create orders in WooCommerce. It can fetch orders from eBay and show them within WP-Lister itself, but it can not create orders in WooCommerce, that is a Pro only feature.

    I see.

    That may be what I am confusing.

    I can see ebay orders listed under Orders in Wp-Lister.

    Quick question: Does the pro version include receipt of customer information such as telephone number?
