    Hi,

    I googled a lot and finally dound your amazing filter plugin for woocommerce. I’ve successfully applied the category, price and rating filters to my products, but when I tried to add one attribute like color, there is always no value to be seen and I actually have set some attributes for some of my porudcts(not all of them). I also saw another guy named @@guidoj had similar problem one and a half year ago(topic link: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/attribute-values-dont-show-up/). But I can’t even see the attributes from the backend, not to mention the frontend.

    Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!

    Best,
    Zjay

  • Hello Zjay,
    I’m ‘the other guy’ ??
    For me, the situation improved a lot when i unchecked ‘use attribute slug instead (of) ID in the SEO tab.
    Since I changed this about 2 months ago, only the variations of one single product disappeared once (before they disappeared all of the time).
    So maybe you can try that solution.

    Hi Oleg,

    I’m soooo glad to hear from you! My site is https://www.zjayhouse.com/b2b/product-category/personalised-towels/ . I’ve applied a filter group(Choose by category, Choose by tag, Choose by price, Choose by rating and Choose by color) to my category page. But since I can’t find any attribute values about the color from the beackend(see screenshot #1), the filter only show blank color checkbox on the frontend(see screenshot #2).

    Thank you soooo much in advance!

    Best,
    Zjay

    Listing site access here is a bad idea. This is public site.

    Please remove it asap.

    This is your attributes page – https://www.zjayhouse.com/b2b/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=product_attributes

    As you can see it is empty. You don’t have attributes.

    Attributes you are adding on the product page(eg https://www.zjayhouse.com/b2b/wp-admin/post.php?post=118&action=edit) are custom, local and cannot be used for the filtering.

    You may create global attributes, add values to the attributes, add this attributes to the products and use for the filters.

    Also you can add this CSS to fix the issue with empty stars

    html .fa-star-o::before {
      content: "";
    }

    For some reason empty stars are moved from the table. We will test it asap.

    Hi Dima,

    Thank you sooo much for your swift reply! I really appreciate that! I’ve modified my previous reply and removed the login credential. I originally thought attributes are something like tags and I just need to add some tags to certain product and the filter will work from the frontend. I’ll learn more about the global attribute myself.

    Thanks again, Dima! Havea great day!

    Best,
    Zjay
