Site showing too many redirects using Ultimate member plugin

Webstie https://www.globalmathinstitute.com shows too many redirects (https://i.postimg.cc/vBnSWydN/screenshot-111.png) after using ultimate member plugin.
Remember follwing points:-
1. Login and register page are accessibe to everyone
2. Also done conflict test as well. Ultimate member plugin is conflicting for sure.{ contacts removed by moderator, see forum guidelines }
