When we use “Download all Submissions” button the downloaded csv contains the admin page source code.

Yes, same for me regarding the wp. I reverted to previous and this fixed for me too. In the latest release notes it looks like they have been working on submissions so looks like a bug

This issue is due to a bug with the latest version of Ninja Forms. Our developers are working on a fix for this bug, which should be included in the next release of Ninja Forms.

As a workaround, you can roll back to the 3.6.7 version of Ninja Forms.

The 3.6.7 version of Ninja Forms core plugin downloaded at the bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ninja-forms/advanced/

You can remove the Ninja Forms plugin and install the old version without losing any information. You can then install the plugin through FTP or WordPress. https://ninjaforms.com/docs/installation/

We can download submissions but we have found that the latest version of ninja forms causes missing data in the submissions i.e some columns aren’t populated on screen or in the downloaded csv. Rolling back to an early version then repopulates this missing data
