Sitemap sometimes working, sometimes not

  • Hello Support,
    there is a strange problem with several website with SEOPress free version.

    Sometimes I can see sitemaps.xml but Google cannot find the file, sometimes I cannot see sitemaps.xml (empty page with continuos loading).

    When I can see sitemaps.xml if I click a sub-sitemaps, my browser open an empty page with continuos loading.

    All the above with 3 type different hosting and configuration, cache or not-cache plugin activated, with 5.8.* and 5.9.* WordPress, some with Themify.me themes other with standard wordpress theme… and one with a fresh new install.

    All other parts working well, Titles & Meta, Social…

    May you help me?

    Hi,

    can you share some xml sitemaps URLs to test please?

    Can you go to your WP admin, Tools, Site health, Info tab, Server accordion and paste the details here please?

    I don’t work on the website for one day and today all working in every website with free version. Also working well with the paid version (2 days ago I bought full version).

    The first 2 have the same configuration:
