You can not create more feeds in free version

They said i cannot create more feed while i have 0 feed already..

SOlved there is a bug when we select “black to list”
https://prntscr.com/ra8jcCHpqbHRIt redirect to a non-existing form and not the used form ! so it display no feed, while the feed is good on the real form
