    Hello

    I am running a buddypress website.

    I’m sending my email notifications with post SMTP plugin.

    T tryed to use different smtp configurations :
    – i used my host smtp settings (Hostinger) = buddypress emails in spam folder of the users
    – i used sendinblue transactionnal stmp settings (i have a paid account) = buddypress emails in spam folder of the users.

    Does someone have a solution to solve this problem ?

    Hope you are doing good.

    I will reproduce this on my staging site, normally these issues come from the server or any third-party mail provider side.

    Can you let me know the TYPE and MAILER TYPE settings of your website?

    – mailet type : postSMTP

    Other question : with buddypress, is-it possible to send html email notifications (the BP core emails notifications) or can we just send text email notifications ?

    Is your Hosting server IP Address is whitelisted?

    I configure send blue free account and tested and received emails in my inbox.

    Also, your website is not working.

    You can find it from your server / Cpanel or you can talk to hosting about this issue.

    I’m gonna instal it.

    Can you let me know if it is possible to activate every url links in the emails sent ? Because, when Buddypress sends an email, it is very important that the user is easily linked to the BP page clicking on the link (and not copy/paste the link in his browser).

    No there is no option in post SMTP to activate URLs links in the emails sent its only

    Post SMTP is used for Email delivery, for URL Activation work you need to find any other plugin or you have to do custom work on this.
