I’m having trouble loading Rise modules from our WordPress site. The modules are managed in Tin Canny so they can support the XAPI reporting. When I launch the modules in a new tab, I just get a gray screen and when going into the developer tools I get see errors that ID cannot be found.

In additional when I go to the Tin Can Report, I noticed that although there is an entry for the user accessing the module, the actual module name is not displaying. Also the Site Check says that the XAPI endpoint cannot be found. I made sure the Permalink setting was set to Post, but the sitecheck still says it cannot be found.

To add to the confusion, when my coworker looks at the Site Check setting, his shows up as passed – We are both admins on the SAME site. I’m completely new at WordPress and Tin Canny so any help or guidance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @zzaidi1,

I am sorry to see that you have issues with one of our plugins. You can submit a support ticket from within the plugin under Tin Canny Reporting -> Help -> I can’t find the answer to my question or directly email us at [email protected].

Based on your comment, everything seems to be working for your co-worker but not for you. Submitting the ticket from within the plugin will send us your environment details, which will help identify any issues. Please include any specific differences between each user’s environment (what browser are they using? Are their different browser extensions installed?) Also, look at the JavaScript Console to see if any errors are appearing and if so, provide a screenshot of that.

Unfortunately, this support forum is specifically for the Uncanny Toolkit plugin, and we cannot provide support for a paid plugin here. I will close this thread and look forward to your message there.

    – S
