When I’m in the back end dashboard of WooCommerce and I go to Products –> All, I have a problem: Next to the word All on the table is the number 29, as in I have 29 products. However, the table itself is empty.

I need to delete all products because I’m trying to troubleshoot why my importer won’t work. However, these 29 invisible products are nowhere to be found (or deleted, which I need to do to troubleshoot). Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi @emelieohara,

If I understand correctly the Products backend page shows 29 in the menu next to the link “All” but you don’t actually have those products on the page, correct?

By any chance did you already delete the products? If so, you might need to clear transients in WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

If you did not delete the products then the issue might be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know if we can help any further.

Thanks so much! I followed the instructions and deleted my transient cache, however the problem remains. I deleted my history cache just in case that was it and it’s still showing All (29). If you have any other ideas, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!

    Hi @emelieohara

From the conversation above I understand that you had actually deleted the products, and have now cleared transients, but that didn’t help.

I deleted my history cache just in case that was it and it’s still showing All (29)

    1. Do you have a caching plugin? If yes, please purge all cache from it.

    2. Clear your browser’s cache memory, and check if the issue persists. Here’s a guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Here’s a step by step guide about clearing cache that you may find helpful: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/

If the issue persists even after trying the above, please share with us:

    1. A screenshot of the screen where it is showing All (29)

We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    2. A copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Cheers

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as closed for now – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
