    I am using this plugin for a week now and the first recovered order was a fact. So that works fine but… I got a email with the order, a payment confirmation of my payment service provider; but the order didn’t show up in my main woocommerce orderlist. In the “abandoned cart” view I could see al the customer/order details, but also a red block with the status “abandoned”, although it is a successful recovered order. Also the overview with the “recovered revenue” field still is € 0,00. What is going wrong?
    I am using WordPress 5.9.2 and pluginversion 1.2.13

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you please check what is the order status of that order in the WooCommerce order section and if the same is selected in plugin settings Exclude email sending for option?

    You need to select the order statuses in plugin settings ( i.e Exclude email sending for ) for which you don’t what to send the emails and mark the order as recovered.
