I have installed Mailpoet 3, free version.
I have just started my website, so I will not have more than 500 subscribers for a while.
Now I′m having some issues with the plugin…

I added a couple of lists, no problem.
Then I wanted to create an newsletter…critical error. And I have to restore the website in order to access MailPoet at all.
Each time I try to do more than a couple of things, critical error and I have to restore.

And also, it says I have an update pending, mailpoet 3 premium.
But I cannot install it, is says “something went wrong”.

    Basically I cannot use it!

But it′s strange, since I use it on another website, without issues.

    Please help!

    Hi there @olahall,

    Thanks for reaching out!

That’s pretty odd. It seems to me that this could be some server resource that needs to be upgraded.

Could you please send us a copy of your System Info found in MailPoet > Help?

Please make sure to remove your email address before pasting it into your reply.

    Thank you!

Thanks for sending your System Info.

Please enable debugging and let me know what error message you receive. You can learn more about this here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    and here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug

    To do this:

    – You will need to login to your site via FTP
    – download the wp-config.php file
    – duplicate this file to create a backup
    – add the lines of code as specified in the link above
    – save and re-upload this file to your site.
    – Then please send us the debug.log file auto generated in /wp-content

Just in case anything went wrong, you would have a backup of the original file that you can re-upload if needed.

Your host support may also be able to assist you with that.

    Hi there @olahall,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
