    Hello,

    Over 70% of my customers have non-english letters in their name or address.
    Examples: ?, ?, ?

    Because Ali Express only supports english letters, I have to manually edit the orders and replace these with O, AA and AE before ordering with the Chrome extension.

    Other dropshipping plugins have a functionality they call “transliteration” which replaces these characters automatically when fullfilling orders. This would be an immense help and save me (and probably others) a ton of time.

    Would you consider adding such a functionality?

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    As my understanding about this feature, for each letter you want to replace, you will need to manually enter the letter and its replacement so that they will be replaced accordingly in customer name and address. Is that correct?

    Yes, that is correct.

    I noticed that this is working perfectly when using API to fulfill, but not when using extension.
