Video embed code vanishing from network sites

    As the Super-Admin I have no problems inserting video embed codes on my posts or pages, and I can also do it on the posts and pages of hosted blogs. However, the administrators of each blog cannot use video embed codes in their posts and pages. When Publish or Update is clicked, the HTML code is auto-removed. How do I enable site administrators to use video embed codes in their posts?
