That’s strange as I’ve tested your shipping setup on my staging site with only WooCommerce and the default Storefront theme enabled and everything works correctly.

This would indicate that there might be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Go to the Cart and Checkout pages and check again

If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

I turned off all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Canada Post Shipping and it is still not working.

Can you add a flat rate shipping method to this zone and check if both Flat Rate and Local pickup(Free) shows up? https://woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/

Can you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I originally said that I added flat rate shipping without any change but I then realized that I did not test it properly. Stand by.
