Absolutely shocking support

I found an identified bug last November. (If the number of tickets available is adjusted after an event is set up, the number available is shown incorrectly). I complained again in March only to get another acknowledgement of the bug, but no fix. “We still need time to work on this, and I cannot say for sure how long that might take”.

Correct. It should be working. It’s now two weeks later and still no fix. Really the sellers of the Ticketing plug-in are amateur in the extreme. Very poor.
