I downloaded your plugin to try it out before purchasing it. I embeded the pdf code and while it makes the image of the pdf appear it’s not triggering the 3d flipbook effect so it can be read as a flipbook. All that shows is the image but not flipbook.

    What is wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

That page asks for a password.

Also, have you set the viewer mode to flipbook?

woops. Yeah, it asks for a password because the page was built on our org’s stage website. Not the live website. I don’t know if it’s appropriate for me to give out the password or not.

As to your question, yes, I set the viewer type to flipbook. But like I mentioned, all that happens is that the image of the pdf appears on the page when I published it. But it does not trigger any “flipbook” like functionality. It’s just a picture.

I wish I could feature a screenshot on this thread so I can show you.

This is the embed code that your plugin gave me: [dearpdf id=”18070″ ][/dearpdf]

Seems correct. Just unsure why it’s not enabling the flipbook functionality.
