i want fade effect not slide effect

hey there !
In this i want to add fade effect instead of slide effect. i want it to look like image is not sliding only some parts of is changing on that gallery like the top of the slider in this site
i have changed mode to fade as well in https://tas.deviws.com/wp-content/plugins/gallery-with-thumbnail-slider/includes/js/lightslider.js?ver=5.9.2 . but then the main image is hiding. i tried a lot but nothing is working.

please help!!
