    2. Popup happens on every visit to the homepage.
    3. It only popups up occasionally. It will for me when logged in, but not when logged out. Client sometimes sees it and sometimes doesn’t while others report not seeing it at all on Edge, etc.
    4. No extra click needed.

    I followed the steps to troubleshoot, but seems most of those would cause the popup to never show up. I tried to Reset Cookies via the admin toolbar too per an article, but I don’t see that toolbar available. Note that it’s set now to not have any cookies created, but it was before with a “1 seconds” expiry. I’m wondering if caching is interfering somehow?

    Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry the popup is not functioning properly in your site.

    I checked the page https://tarifica.com, but I can’t reproduce the issue.

    The popup #12948 – global-5g-plan-and-pricing-approaches always displays in the browser. It doesn’t have a cookie settings as well. Please see:

    I also tried using a different browser, and it also works.

    Could you share to us which browser and version you are using?

    You mentioned you don’t see the Popup Maker option in the admin toolbar.

    We think there’s a possible conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    Can you try the following for us?

    1. Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins, and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    2. Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
    3. Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.

    Thanks for your help @belimperial.

    We’ve narrowed it down to the Apress Core plugin, which is a companion plugin to the Apress Theme, https://themeforest.net/item/apress-responsive-multipurpose-theme/20287911.

    Any ideas from there? I’ve reached out to their support as well.

    We’re glad you have managed to find the culprit.

    Apologies, but we are not familiar with the theme and its companion plugin.

    It would be best to wait for the response of the theme support, as they have a better understanding of how the theme is coded.

    Alrighty, we’re still waiting to hear from them but will let you know. Note that we put in another plugin to test and it doesn’t have the same issue. I’m not sure what the difference might be.
