Hi, My issue is resolved but I want to share it.

This morning when I went to “All Popups”, I got a 404 Error. I could still access ‘Create Popups’ and ‘Popup Themes’ etc. but I couldn’t get to my list of existing popups.

I tried updating my Permalinks. Didn’t change.
I tried updating my .htaccess file. No change.
I disabled and reactivated the plugins. Nope.
I tried disabling plugins one by one. Nada.

I went into my database to check the list of existing popups I’d created (I had about 35) 3 of them were Auto Drafts and they all had the exact same name, ‘Auto Draft’. I deleted these 3 entries and went back into WordPress and suddenly all was good again, I could access ‘All Popups’ again, phew! I don’t know if its because they all had the same name (and maybe therefore the same slug?) but it worked as a fix and I’m so glad it did because I love this plugin.
Hope this is helpful in some way.

    Hi @tgasselin

Thank you for writing to us.

We’re sorry you encountered a 404 error, but we’re glad you have managed to solve the issue.

We have not experienced this issue or received a same report. Using the same name will not cause a 404 error as the popups follows the slug URL.

I made a test using my test site, and Popup Maker is working. Please see:

We suspect a theme or another plugin might have cause a conflict. Please refer to the below article to isolate a conflict:

Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker

Could you please check the error log from the server to get more insights about the error?

We hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.
