problem with google search

good evening
I have a problem with one of my site. the first site is the pharmacy-4-all.gr which was playing normally I just wanted to change it completely and because I had a free domain which I did not do anything (https://ophthamologist-moustaklis.gr/) I made the changes I wanted there and downloaded the base to replace the base that existed in the pharmacy-4-all.gr. from the site ophthamologist-moustaklis.gr I erased everything and practically does not exist. if I do now google search with my client name then it will take out both sites even though I have done SEO only in one (pharmacy-4-all.gr) and I have added to google search console and site map from my site and it shows them all correctly. the other site (https://ophthamologist-moustaklis.gr/) as I told you I deleted it (I have deleted for two weeks)but it still appears in google as shown below on the link I will leave you.

what could I do to completely erase the second site even from google search?
