Restore doesn’t work

    Thank you for your feedback, however of course usually it works fine. There must be some specific reason why it didn’t work on the site where you tried it.

    Could you please let us know what exactly didn’t work? Was it the creation of the backup, or the restoring? Could you please share the logs with us for that? We’d really like to get to the bottom of why it didn’t work in your case. Thank you!

    I can assume you could experience issue that was in v1.1.9.
    We have improved our restoration methods in almost all ways in the latest v1.2.0.

    In any case, we’re always happy to help for free and as quick as we can ??
    It would awesome, if you could share your live-log if something go wrong.
    – Usually solution is quite simple.
