Very bad support or no support and buggy

  • The plugin doesn’t receive updates since months, is buggy and not compatible to the WP-Versionen above 5.7.6. The developer (a one-man-show) doesn’t answer questions via ticket system or directly via e-mail.

    It’s a waste of time, nerves and money!

    Don’t install or buy it!

    Although the developer (Mr. Leithold) claims he will transfer the money back if the plugin is not liked, he does not. He just deactivates the license and then plays dead.
    This is close to fraud!

    Yes, it says “Tested up to:5.7.6” but the plugin work with ALL WordPress Version including 5.8.2.

    @the-dude-1 please post your order number so i can refund the amount.

    @steffeninseoul – use google.
    According to WordPress, advertising for another plugin is not allowed here and is also inappropriate!

    Geld ist gestern Abend mit dem Vermerk “Echtzeit” eingegangen. So viel zu der Rückmeldung von vor über zwei Wochen “… wie ich Ihnen schon per Email mitteilte wurde die überweisung veranlasst.” ??

    Das Thema ist für mich erledigt.
