  • Hi @fadiadra

Just to check, are you still facing the issue that you reported?

Checking your site, I see that the site is up and running with WooCommerce enabled.

Is there another step to reproduce the problem?

If I’m missing something then please share the following so we can investigate:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Cheers

    Hi @fadiadra

Thank you for clarifying. I checked your site and can confirm that the store is not loading.

Have you found any messages on your site admin email?

Hi @fadiadra, thanks for sharing more details with us!

This is likely caused by an issue with your DB.

I’d recommend checking your DB to add the Primary-ID and maybe set your tables to Auto Implement (A.I).

Here’s a good resource about it:

Let us know how it goes! My very best,
