    Hello,
    I’ve tried to contact you through your website earlier.

    I have ordered your plugin.
    Firstly, I did not received any email with license detail after purchase beside Paypal invoice for my payment.

    Secondly, I did not received any registration email with automatic password generation.

    Third, trying to login uaing password reminder dud not sent me any email aswell.
    So it look like you mail servet has some issue. Can you send me please all emails for Paypal transactiom 9SN328257F3024721 ?

    Last, regarding licensing policy, what happened please after one year? Updated ate stoped, or all Pro features are loat as well?

    Hi,
    I would like please to cancle my ordr, as I found after ordering that licensing must be recurring every year for the Pro features to be available and to keeo it’s settings. This wasn’t clear enough at the selling page and I have looked for a solution that won’t turn off Pro setting but just stop support and updates, and Pro functionality will keep working.
    Therfore I have sent you an email, hoping you would accept my requst for a refund please, as this is not what I had intention to order based on the info at the item selling page.
    I have never downloded or used license or plugin file.
