No Recoverable Orders Records

    Thanks for the great plugin, I have used it for about a year now it works well before March 29.
    It seems not to work anymore after I changed my woocommerce cart page by using the woocommerce block plugin, it cannot capture abandoned carts anymore. The Recoverable Orders shows always 0
    I have enabled WP cron and tested it on other abandoned cart plugins, the cart records can be captured well by other plugins.
    I really want to use back this plugin because I think it works very effectively. I want to know is there any way I could fix the problem

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It seems that you are using the Woocommerce Block checkout for your store. Unfortunately, we haven’t added the support or the Woocommerce Block. Hence you can’t see the abandoned carts. But we have the plan to add the support for the Woocommerce block.
