I cannot figure out how to get the Filter Everything widget to display anywhere. I put Filter Everything into the Sidebar Widget and added that widget to the Shop page (link above). A message appears on that page that reads “The free version of the plugin does not support filtering on singular pages.” I can’t figure out how to get it to display on ANY pages. I have gone through the documentation – it refers to a field called “Where to filter” but I don’t see that in the Settings tab of the Filter Everything tool.

    What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @demwood

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything.

The free version of the plugin works on native WordPress archives only. For example on post type archive, category/tag archive, author archvie, date archive and so on.

Your page, where you tried to filter is not archive page, but is singular page in WordPress context. Singular pages usually were used for single post or product. You placed custom products grid on singular page, but it remains singular page and products on it can be filtered with PRO version of the plugin only.

Thank you @stepasyuk – I was hoping to have the filter appear on the WooCommerce Shop page, but it sounds like that’s not an option in the free version. I’ve found another solution that meets my needs. Thank you!

@demwood Free version also works on WooCommerce Shop page as it is Product archive page. Also it works on all other Shop pages (Product categories, tags etc)

In case if you use Divi sometimes it makes Shop page as singular page and this may cause problems.
