Last post in category link to next category’s index?

So I have the next/previous links only work within a given category, so that right now when you are viewing single posts and reach the last post in a category, the next post link is deactivated.

How can I set it up so that instead of the link being deactivated, it instead creates a link that says “click to go to next category index” and does so? I want it automatic so that this link is generated no matter what the last post is in the category.
