Are we beta testers?

  • This plugin is so buggy. I feel like we are all forced beta testers. You need to allow us to use the old PayPal Standard method again while you finish your beta test.

    PayPal Standard could be re-enabled with a filter provided in WooCommerce. It still works on a technical level, but it is no longer supported for new users and cannot be recommended.
    Compared to PayPal Standard, PayPal Payments provides substantially more functionality, and it may not work precisely the same way as PayPal Standard did. While the new iteration is more complex, it is not a beta and works well in the vast majority of setups. There will eventually be a feature to provide a simplified, more basic checkout experience if you’re not looking for any of the advanced features though.
