How to remove promotional setup banner?

I now have this full screen setup banner across all my sites using your plugin = https://pasteboard.co/b82qSDm5qYcM.png

There’s no way to close it and it keeps reappearing even after clicking through it (note that I’ve been using your plugin for over a year; so it’s already setup).

How do you remove this? It’s unworkable.
