We are using ForumWP.

We also have the following related plugins installed:
Ultimate member – ForumWP
Ultimate member – reCAPTCHA
Ultimate member – user photos

Sorry for the late response. Are you still having issues? How many roles are assigned to the Administrator account that couldn’t post a topic/reply?

Both the accounts that I have tested only have “Administrator” as their role.

I have not! I was hoping this would be a quick fix as you’d think admins would be able to participate in the forum too!

Also I dont think I have access to that since we’re on the free plan.
