BuddyPress w/ Autors Extention or W/O?

    Question: Does the Authors extension need to be disabled or enabled when using BuddyPress extension?

    More info:
    Not finding the answer in the documentation and also noticing that when BuddyPress extension is enabled, the admin bar is visible to any logged in user. Why is this and how to hide it?

    Hi,
    it seems you send the same question via email so you should receive a reply via email soon as well, but just in case someone is interested in this question I will write a short reply here as well

    Usually, you will want to use only either BP Integration or the Authors plugin
    – if you would like to have a social media like functionality (provided by BP) you should select the BuddyPress integration
    – if you only need a place for users to register and manage their profiles then you can choose Authors extension.
