• Hi everyone,

    I’m experiencing an issue with loading product overview in the back-end to make edits. The issue is that the longer I use my user account, the slower it gets and eventually resulting in a 500 error or white page where no products are loaded.

    As a quick fix, I created a new account a couple of weeks ago which worked fine at the start but then slowed down again as time went by. Now, I’m unable to view all products.

    It feels like a caching issue but clearing cache doesn’t do the trick. It seems to be user specific, as when I log into a different account, it works fine and speedy.

    This is my first post on this forum so please excuse me if I’ve missed on any important details and do let me know if you require more information. I hope you can provide any support.

    What ecommerce plugin are you using?

    Thanks for your response @t-p . We’re using WooCommerce although its not actually used for Ecommerce; people can’t physically order products from our site and get them shipped.
