    Hi,

This morning my site stopped working, I mean it’s just a blank page when I try to open it.

But when I disabled WP Super Cache, everything was normal again. What can be the issue?

  • You should check your PHP error log. That will tell you what went wrong but it’s probably the config file at wp-content/wp-cache-config.php

If you don’t know how to edit that config file to fix it, you should probably entirely delete WP Super Cache off your site, and then install it again.
After deleting it, make sure the config file has been deleted too before installing again.

Already did that and just to be sure I deleted plugin, as you said, and manually removed wp-content/wp-cache-config.php. Then reinstalled it, set it up and the issue appeared again. Site not loading for not logged in users.

I didn’t change anything regarding PHP version (using 7.4).

Any errors showing in your PHP error log? That’s the first place I’d look.

Didn’t have much time, found alternative (plugin) and it works.
