Double settings for registered users, why?

    In Subscribe2 ->Settings ->Registered Users there is a section that I consider useless and I would remove it because it is not needed.
    In the section Your Subscriptions ->Your Notification Settings The registered user already has his personal section in which he can include or exclude the categories he wants.

    SOLVED.
    I have done various tests, this section is useful to prevent registered users from selecting the categories that the admin has set.
