WordPress Add Menu Page not working Properly

Please help me it was really very urgent. I need to add some menus.

Now to your question:
You are using the Avada theme, which is a commercial product and comes with numerous customisations to wordpress. The screenshot shows that Avada apparently also interferes with the menu management of WordPress.
